La Fortuna's wildlife refuges and trails are the safest places to see sloths, frogs, toucans and birds up close. I photograph your group's walk and also the species the guide finds along the way.

Mistico Hanging Bridges

Mistico's hanging bridges are among the most photogenic spots in Arenal: primary rainforest, six suspended bridges and open volcano views when the sky allows. I walk the full trail with your group and document the route without interrupting the guide's pace.

Arenal Volcano National Park

The national park combines lava trails, secondary forest and the closest viewpoints to the Arenal cone. It is the location to choose if your group wants the volcano as the main character, with easy hiking.

La Fortuna Waterfall

A 70-metre waterfall at the bottom of some 500 steps inside a rainforest canyon. It is a demanding and spectacular location: few photos in La Fortuna are as powerful as those from the viewpoint and the pool.

Arenal 1968
